Standard Delivery - Free for all orris london orders via Royal Mail Trackable Service;
DHL Express Delivery £9 - Delivery is FREE for orders over £100; deducted in checkout.
Delivery Time - The goods will be dispatched within 2 working days; Please allow another 2-4 working days for Royal Mail delivery and 1-2 working days for DHL Express.
DHL £19 - Free for orders above £100, import tax and duties included.
Goods dispatched to EU are on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis, which means you won’t need to pay additional charges at the point of delivery.

We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price and returned within 21 days of delivery, in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. All refunds exclude postage costs, as agreed in our terms, unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase and some credits can take several days to show in your account. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms & conditions for further info.
